Medicare Part B MUST be your PRIMARY insurance in order to receive a FREE Flu Shot. Quaker State Medical Services will bill Medicare. If Medicare Part B is not your PRIMARY insurance you MUST pay cash. Quaker State will gladly give you a receipt to submit to other insurances for reimbursement.
